Frequently Asked Questions...
Q. How much do you charge for your services?
A. We base the prices of our services, obviously, on the size of your property. We service residential customers ranging anywhere from $20 to $200 per mowing. Because pricing can not be done efficently over the phone or E-mail, we must come and personally look over your property. Please set up a time with us to come quote our your property by filling out our Request Estimate form which can be found here.
I am so happy that I found you this year. We were't sure if we wanted to have our yard commercially serviced yet but I couldn't ask for any better service. Thanks!

Q. How often do you visit my property during the Summer mowing months?
A. We offer weekly and bi-weekly service to our scheduled maintenance customers. Some lawns grow much slower than others so weekly service is not always needed for some customers, but we do advise our customers to sign up for weekly service to keep consistant and keep on top of your lawn.
Q. Do you offer Seasonal specials and or discounts? Do senior citizens receive an extra discount?
A. YES! We are always offering specials ranging from free mowings to 15% discounts. Check out our Specials Page for all the info! We offer a 5% to our valued senior citizens. This discount can be used on every invoice and will never expire
Q. How am I billed and what form of payments do you accept?
A. All customers are sent a monthly invoice. This invoice must be payed in full within 30 days or a 10% fee is added. Our preferred method of payment is a personal check but we also accept cash, traveler's checks, and credit cards. Click here to view our online payment page.
Q. I have dogs. What should we do about them while you are at our house?
A. We ask that you keep your dogs inside or locked up while we are servicing your property. We also ask you clean up their do-do before each time we come. Failure to do this will result in an unsanitary environment for us and postponement of service(s) to your property until the mess is cleaned up.
